• Create and manage your account, authenticate you, and keep the Platform secure;
• Operate the marketplace — list solutions, process orders and payments, calculate and remit vendor earnings, and apply our transaction fee;

• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
• Improve and personalize the Platform, including analytics on usage and performance;
• Send service-related notices (order confirmations, policy updates, security alerts) and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process your personal information on the following grounds: performance of a contract with you (account operation, order processing); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement); your consent (optional cookies, marketing); and compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Vendors — when you purchase a solution or message a vendor, we share the information needed to fulfil your order or respond to your enquiry (such as your name, email address, and order details).
• Payment processors — payment transactions are processed by our payment gateway provider under its own privacy policy; we receive only confirmation and reference data.
• Service providers — hosting, database, analytics, and email delivery providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. Transaction and billing records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 6–7 years). Content you publish may remain visible while your account is active. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), password hashing, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
